Why the BUT NOW Dispensation of Grace?: Page 47

2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land (Joel:3:2).

14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision (Joel 3:14).

12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth (Zechariah 14:10-12).

4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee (Zechariah 14-4-5).

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory (Matthew 24:31).

27aFor the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels (Matthew 16:27a).

27a For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be (Matthew 24:27a).

16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake:

17 but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

17 So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more (Joel 3:16-17).

1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:

2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD (Isaiah 11:1-2).

33 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:

34 And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.

35 And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.

36 Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD.

37 And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:

38 And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD (Ezekiel 20:33-38).

In Jerusalem, after the Great Tribulation, He will judge His elect people, His chosen people, that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ (Jude 1:1).

They will be rewarded according to their degree of faithfulness through the tribulation. God will also judge and reward the Nations and those believing Gentiles proselytes that served the Jews during the tribulation (Matthew 25:40).

6 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe (Revelation 14:6).

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (Matthew 25:31-34).

John witnesses those who during the tribulation came to believe that Jesus was the Messiah, the Son of God.

9 I (John) beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and honor, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever.

Amen (Revelation 7:9-12).

18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.

19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs (Revelation 14:18-20).

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal (Matthew 25:41, 46).

25 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:30).

At the end of this Great Tribulation, Satan will have been defeated at the battle of Armageddon and be chained and cast in the bottomless pit for 1,000 years.

Fulfillment of God’s desire to restore the earth will be underway.

The Nation of Israel will see her New Covenant come to fruition with all the promises of a land, a King, and a Kingdom with the position of world leadership.

Jerusalem will be the capital of the world. Christ will rule His earthly Kingdom in righteousness and with a rod of iron.

The Jews will be God’s people, and they will all know Him.

All the promises of the New Covenant (Ezekiel 36:25-38) will be fulfilled.

God’s people will enjoy all the physical and spiritual blessings they have longed for.

The law will be in their inward parts and written on their hearts, and they will have no need to be taught.

God will remember their sins no more.

They will be a Nation of Priests, bringing the Gentiles that came through the Great Tribulation up to Jerusalem (Zechariah 8:23) to worship the most high.

The Gentiles will serve the Israelites and will be blessed through the Nation of Israel.

The Nation of Israel will be God’s prophesied New Covenant people living long lives similar to the pre-flood first man, Adam, (Genesis 5:5) who lived for 930 years, and Methuselah who lived for 969 years (Genesis 5:27).

9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one (Zechariah 14:9).

32b The Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end (Luke 1:32b-33).

10 Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD (Zechariah 12:10).

31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other (Matthew 24:31)

25 Verily coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God:  verily, I say unto you, The hour is and they that hear shall live (John 5:25).

5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves (Isaiah 61:5-6).

2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more (Isaiah 2:2-4). [cf Micah 4:1-4]

16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles (Zechariah 16-18).

18 But be ye glad and rejoice forever in that which I create for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.

22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

23 They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.

24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat.

They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD (Isaiah 65:18-25).

After the completion of the one-thousand-year Kingdom, for a short season, Satan will be loosed to do what he does best—be deceptive.

Before he is then cast into the lake of fire, he (Revelation 20:1-10)

8 shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number is as the sand of the sea.

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them (Revelation 20:8-9).

At the appointed time, all the unsaved will appear at the Great White Throne of Judgment to be judged not for their faith and good works, but for their unbelief and fleshly works.

And death and hell will be cast into the lake of fire.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:11-15).

9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him (the Lord Jesus Christ), and given him a name which is above every name:

10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11).

11 Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations sh

all serve him (Psalm 72:11).

5 Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen Revelation 1:5-6).

Why the BUT NOW Dispensation of Grace? (Ephesians 2:13; 3:2)

Why has God put the BUT NOW Dispensation in between the TIMES PAST and the AGES TO COME Dispensations?

It was never prophesied.

It cannot be found in the Old Testament scriptures.

God had kept it a secret from Satan and from man for thousands of years (Ephesians 3:4-5).

This BUT NOW portion of scripture could have been left out of the Bible and everything would have followed in a logical sequence.

There would not be all this confusion in the church today.

One can choose to ignore it or to receive this mystery program.

Receiving this information is an individual choice.

If one is comfortable with the religious instruction they have become accustomed to, they will not look for an explanation to the questions we have been asking.

But, when concerns and insecurities and inconsistencies bother them, then it will become important to try to understand why.

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (straight cut) the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15).

33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints (I Corinthians 14:33).

All writings in the Bible are scriptural, and most of it is specifically written to the Nation of Israel.

We do find the first eleven chapters of Genesis and most of the content of Paul’s epistles is primarily written for the Gentiles.

16 All scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable (II Timothy 3:16a) and 4b written for our learning (Romans 15:4),

but not all scripture is written directly to us.

If I read mail written to you, I will learn more about you from it, but I am not going to apply all the information in it specifically to my life, although some of it may be applicable.

14 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works (John 14:1).

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (John 1:1 14a),

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (II Peter 1:21)..

37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. (I Corinthians 14:37).

God is the final authority and author of the Bible and the revealer of all scripture to men.

The information the apostle Paul received brings clarity to the truths in the Scriptures.

When a doctrine is recorded throughout the Bible, it is a timeless principle.

God does not instruct me to build an ark, but He tells me that in every dispensation He wants all men to be saved.

When we study the Bible in a dispensational manner we reconcile what appear to be contradictions in the scriptures.

It is the key to understanding your Bible.

It changes our study habit and we have the desire to be a Berean (Acts 17:10-11, 13)

and we are built up in good doctrine that focuses on the attributes of Christ and the love of Christ and who God has made us in Christ.

God’s Word is His final authority.

The best discerning teacher, God the Holy Spirit, resides in us (Romans 8:9).

He assists us in a personal lifelong labor in the Word,

comparing spiritual things with spiritual things (I Corinthians 2:13),

scripture with scripture, to fully persuade us in our own mind (Romans 4:21)

which doctrines are and which doctrines are not written to us.

We benefit from good Bible teachers but we should not outsource all of our spiritual life or delegate all the care of our soul to another.

During the AGES TO COME, under the New Covenant,

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more (Jeremiah 31:33-34).

It is prophesied that in the Kingdom, the saints will not have to be taught; the law will be written in their hearts (Jeremiah 31:33).

BUT NOW the scripture states,

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15).

God has instructed us to study the scriptures 2 and the things that thou hast heard of me (Paul) among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also (II Timothy 2:2).

God instructs us to put together all the pieces of the puzzle in the Bible, to get a complete picture of how He operates through all dispensations, and share this with others.

Most people do see dispensational distinctions between the Church in the Wilderness and the Church the Body of Christ, but they do not see the distinction between the Kingdom Church and the Grace Church, the Body of Christ.

Confusion is resolved and our faith is strengthened if we can appreciate the distinctions between the prophetic doctrine and the mystery doctrine.

In general, one can say that man has not been taught with clarity how to discern the difference between which scripture was written to him and which was written for him.

The result of this has led to confusion, diverse interpretations of the scriptures, and numerous denominations.

Most people who attend church have done some church shopping.

They may look for a certain doctrine or style of teaching, and finally settle on what is in their comfort zone.

Faith should grow when there is sound teaching.

But can we please God when we see contradictions in the scriptures and are unsettled with the received instruction?
